The quality of your experience is our priority. In the event that you are not satisfied with any item, you many return it within 15 days of receipt for a replacement or refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. See below to determine how to proceed based on your reason for return.
My order was damaged during delivery or other quality concerns.
If your order should arrive in less than satisfactory condition, simply take a digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, attach them to an email and send to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include in the body of the email: your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed.
I changed my mind; it doesn't look like I thought it would in my space.
If a product is perfect, but not perfect for you, you may return it for a product refund or store credit (minus shipping charges; items shipped free are subject to a $5 coverage charge). Product refunds will be issued within 48-72 hours of receiving the returned package, less a 20% restocking fee. Store credit returns are for the full item price at the time of the order. Upon receipt of the returned package, you will either be emailed a coupon code in the purchase amount or the credit amount will be added to your account so that it's available to use on a future order.
To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a traceable method to Encore Editions 4387 W Swamp Rd, Doylestown, PA 18902. Please note that a restocking fee may be applied for any returns that arrive damaged due to insufficient re-packing of the product.
I like my order, but I would like to make some changes.
If you are happy with your order but decide to make some changes after receiving it, such as color adjustments or other custom revisions, we will handle your request on a case-by-case basis and do our best to accommodate your wishes. Please note that there will be a $40 editing/restocking fee in addition to the re-shipping charge. If we come to a resolution on how to change your order, you are responsible for shipping back the original work of art. Please contact us to make this type of request.
No refunds will be given on digital download or custom orders.

ShippingOur prints are strictly custom and usually take between 2-5 business days for rolled or gallery wrapped prints and 4-10 business days for framed prints. We do work as quickly as we can, but you are purchasing a print-to-order product and not something we keep in a warehouse or mass produce in a factory.Depending on location, ground shipping within the continental United States usually takes 1 to 6 days and most orders are received by our clients within 3-14 days of being placed. We may occasionally experience shipping delays for our frames, but if this is the case you will be contacted directly with an updated shipping time.If you choose an express shipping option, we will automatically move you up in the print queue and will ship via your chosen method as soon as possible. International orders take longer to ship unless an express shipping option is selected. Please note that despite the selected shipping method, international packages may be delayed by customs at random and may incur customs & duties charges. We are sorry but there is nothing we can do to predict customs delays or speed up customs clearance and we can not be held responsible for any additional customs or duties charges.
